Since 1986, the original “Uncle BON” opened his first dessert shop in
Paris and had insisted on delivering happiness to every customer through
his elaborate colorful products and ever-warming smile. In 2009, the
BON CAKE team had been enhanced by the enrolment of three talented young
men, one cutting-edge designer from Ecolé de Beaux-arts de Versailles,
one rebellious Cordon Bleu Chef from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts
Institute and one brilliant scholar in chromatics and psychology from
Université du Maine. These young people had sprinkled their passion and
specialty on the designing of the unique BON CAKE product series, which
has been awarded by the “Cake Craft & Decoration Magazine” as the
most innovative dessert of the year. In 2014, the time-honored yet
vigorous BON CAKE has come to China with his world-awarding products,
